Slaugham Place was the wonderful setting for the day, with a ceremony on the on the lawn amongst the old ruins. The day began with blazing hot sunshine and then the clouds rolled in, but luckily the rain held off until guests were called into the marquee for dinner and speeches. The band played throughout, and they were so good the guests couldn’t help but dance and sing all the way through their dinner!
Kate + James are such a fun couple, with family and friends who like to party as much as they do! This wedding was full of incredible non stop entertainment from The Function Band from the word go. Guests dancing on chairs, shaking their stuff on the podiums, singing at the top of their lungs with the band…it was a pretty epic wedding party!!
Once the sun set the party carried on on the dance floor and I can tell you, there wasn’t a single person that didn’t join in…myself included 🙂 The uber cool Pizza Leonati pulled up outside to replenish the dancing guests and keep them partying well into the night. I’m guessing there were a few sore heads the next morning!
